Who is your shipping provider? Do you provide tracking information?

We ship all orders USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification of the shipment as well as tracking numbers.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship out within 3-5 business days, not including weekends or postal holidays. Occasional delays are possible when we receive high volume of orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes

Can I use just 3m double tape without the screws to mount the Grippytek?

No. We advise you to use the Grippytek mount with both the 3M double tape and 4 screws that come in package for a sturdier use.

Will the magnetic holster scratch my firearm?

When properly installed and used, the Grippytek will not scratch your firearm.

Do you offer warranty?

We are proud to be able to offer a LIFETIME warranty on all our products. If a item fails you in any way (under normal use) simply send it back and we will repair or replace it free of charge. We will not cover products that have been modified by the customer.

Can one Grippytek mount hold long guns?

We advise purchasing the combo pack for long guns, however there are plenty of content of shotguns and rifles being held with ONE Grippytek mount.

Can I rack my pistol while on the Grippytek mount?

YES. Racking the slide of your pistol on the Grippytek is very easy.

What Glock models do you have back plates for?

We have Glock slide back plates for every model and generation of Glock ever created.
*standard model fits ALL Glock models of all generations EXCEPT the Glock 42,43,43x, and G48
*Glock 42 version only fits the Glock 42

Will the Glock slide plates fit Gen5 Glocks and the 19x?

Yes, we have designed our back plates to fit every generation and model of Glock.
